All services provided by Graceful Living Support are subject to fees, which will be communicated upfront. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or contract. Clients agree to pay all charges as stipulated in the agreement.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by notifying Graceful Living Support at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

While we take every care to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, Graceful Living Support will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of the client’s actions or circumstances beyond our control.
