2. Service Provision
We offer a range of living support services, which may include personal care, household assistance, companionship, and other related services. These services are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients, and we will work with you to develop a care plan that reflects your preferences.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure that we provide the best possible service, we ask that clients or their designated representatives:

• Provide accurate and timely information about the client's needs and preferences.
• Inform us of any changes in health or personal circumstances that may affect the care plan.
• Cooperate with our staff and follow agreed-upon care plans.

4. Payment & Fees
All services provided by Graceful Living Support are subject to fees, which will be communicated upfront. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or contract. Clients agree to pay all charges as stipulated in the agreement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by notifying Graceful Living Support at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability
While we take every care to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, Graceful Living Support will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of the client’s actions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to discontinue services if the client engages in abusive behavior, fails to provide necessary information, or does not comply with the terms of the agreement.

8. Privacy
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and handling all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
Graceful Living Support reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
